Is the mockup really free?
Yes. You only pay if you decide to go ahead with the full website.
What do I need to give you?
Your logo if you have one, a few photos and half an hour of your time. I help with the words.
Will I be dealing with you, or get passed around?
Just me, start to finish. No account managers, no call centre, no being handed to someone new halfway through. The person who builds your site is the same person who answers your phone.
Do I own my website once it’s finished?
Yes. Once it’s paid for in full, the website and your domain name belong to you.
Do you cover my area?
I’m based in Fenland, Cambridgeshire, and can meet you anywhere across the Fens, Peterborough, South Lincolnshire and Norfolk, from March and Spalding to King’s Lynn. Further away, we’ll talk by phone or video.
What does website care include?
Website care is my optional £15 a month plan: I host your website, keep it secure and backed up, and make small changes whenever you send me a message. You can cancel any time.
Can I change things later?
Yes. Send me a message and I’ll update it. Small changes are included with website care.
What if I just have a question?
Ask away. There’s no such thing as a silly question, and no pressure to buy.
